Excellent and informative-- but the title is misleading

If you'd like to start a business, then you should definitely buy this book! Given that half of all new businesses fail within the first year, and 95% of them within five years, the information in this book is definitely worth paying attention to, as Ms. Heno has already repeatedly surpassed the 5-year milestone. In "10 Steps," she tells us about her formidable track record, how she got there, and the pitfalls she successfully overcame-- mainly by explaining what lessons she learned in a series of highly entertaining (and occasionally, very amusing) vignettes. Most of them focus on her personal training business (X-Trainers), but the principles she discusses are easily transferable to other types of businesses.
The only reason I "dinged" this book a star was that it is mistitled-- this is first and foremost a book about running a business. (For that reason, I get the feeling this may be the first in a series.) Otherwise, this is easily a 5-star guide. Bottom line: if you'd like to start a business, and stay in business, you need this book!
