Counting beads are great! Adaptation is poorly written.

The colorful counting beads are fun for babies to play with/learn to count/learn colors. However, the adaptation of the book "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish" was done very poorly. The rhymes in this book are forced and lacks the natural rhythm of usual limericks/poems. As previous reviewers have said, the text is unusually short. I understand that the goal of the book is to provide a Seussian counting book, but they really could have tried a little harder when putting this together. Here is the the text for those of you who would like to know:
"One fish
two fish/
red fish
blue fish./
Black fish
blue fish/
old fish
new fish./
Three fish
four fish./
Here come more fish!/
This one has a little star./
Say! What a lot of fish there are./
1 One fish
2 two fish
3 three
4 four
5 five./
This one has a car to drive!

Who's idea was this?? This book is about three pages long. It has basically none of the content of the original book, and if you've ever read the original, this one seems bizarrely short and pointless.

Purchased for my infant son. He has enjoyed this book for the past two months (8-10 months of age). He loves to turn the pages himself and click the plastic fish together. The book was so inexpensive that I felt comfortable giving it to him to play with himself, knowing it would get damaged.
